We are here for you…
A compassionate, clinically grounded space to explore your story, strengthen relationships, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
Find Your Why…
One of life’s greatest challenges is trying to understand why certain things happen to us. We may spend years searching for answers, wondering why we experienced pain, loss, disappointment, or seasons we never expected.
But there is another kind of why—one that can lead us toward healing: the why of our purpose.
When we begin to discover meaning in what we’ve walked through, our story can become more than something we survived. It can become part of the purpose that carries us forward.
As Viktor E. Frankl wrote in Man’s Search for Meaning:
“Those who have a ‘why’ to live, can bear with almost any ‘how.’”
Supporting you along the way…
At Finding Hope & Healing, we believe that healing isn't simply about reducing symptoms. It can also involve discovering meaning and life’s purpose, reconnecting with what matters. Together we will understand your story, and work on finding a way forward. You do not have to walk this alone.
Faith, relationships, values, and purpose can all be part of that journey.

Sometimes, more time makes a difference.
Certain conversations need a little more room. Whether you’re processing a difficult experience, working through a complex issue, or navigating relationship, marriage, or family concerns, a 90-minute session allows additional time to explore, process, and work toward meaningful change—without feeling rushed.
Extended sessions are a private-pay service. Please see the Fee Menu for details.

A standard clinical mental health counseling session provides dedicated time to explore concerns, work toward your goals, and receive support in a safe and confidential setting. Sessions typically last 53–55 minutes. Shorter sessions may be available when arranged in advance.
Insurance coverage varies by clinician and plan. Please confirm that your clinician is credentialed with your insurance provider prior to your appointment.
Private-pay options are also available. Please see the Fee Menu for current rates.
*Services in the Cambridge, Ohio area are not available at this time, but should be by March of 2027.

EMDR Resourcing with an EMDR-Trained Clinician
EMDR resourcing can help you develop skills and internal resources to support emotional regulation, grounding, and a greater sense of safety when working with difficult experiences or memories.
Our clinicians provide EMDR resourcing only and do not provide full EMDR therapy or trauma reprocessing. If full EMDR treatment is recommended or desired, we can help connect you with an EMDRIA-certified provider for additional care.
Walk and Talk sessions are available with request, and clinician approval.
Additional intake and informed consent forms are required prior to beginning EMDR resourcing.
